We worldwide.

2. Delivery Time

Average delivery time is 5–25 business days (customs and remote areas may take longer).

3. Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment

There is no processing on weekends or holidays.

 

4.Tracking

A tracking number and carrier information will be sent by email once your order is dispatched.

 

5. Customs/Duties

Customers are responsible for any local duties and taxes.

 

6. Failed Deliveries

Incorrect or incomplete addresses that cause returns will incur reshipping fees

 

7. Delays

Lumen Leaf is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Lumen Leaf, refunds are issued as store credit (digital gift card).

 

1. Refund Method

Refunds are provided as a non-expiring digital gift card. No cash,, or card refunds are available.

 

2. Timeline

Store credit will be issued within 7 business after the inspection of the returned item.

 

3. Not Eligible

Items outside the 7-day return window- Items not in returnable condition - Shipping fees and taxes

 

4. Gift Cards

Credits do not and can be used on any future order.

 

5. Damaged/Incorrect Items
